Form of payment


After sending a duly completed registration form, the participant will receive a "Request for payment - Confirmation of the application acceptance" by e-mail.

The registration is completed as soon as the organisers receive the payment of the registration fee to the conference account. Payment must be in Euros.

The rate of the registration fee is determined by the date of the payment.

Payments should be done by bank transfer ONLY.

Paying by credit card is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.


Cancellations and refunds

The Coference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. Refund claims must include name of the bank, bank address, IBAN, S.W.I.F.T. / BIC code, account number and name of the account owner for money transfers.

The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time; requests must be in writing sent to Organising Agency Produkce BPP s.r.o.: There will be no fee for this service.
